So week before last, I sent out an invite for our upcoming gig Nov 22nd. And my buddy Liam from the super rad band Black Daniel, let me know that our opening act – One Man Destruction Show - aka Adam J Harmer, is in a band called Fat Whites. Liam produced their album – Champagne Holocaust. I had a listen and it blew my mind! Reminds me of The Velvets, Spaceman 3, Beefheart, Zappa, The Stooges, with a dash of my fave psyche band ever – Lite Storm, and a smidge of US late 70′s early 80′s proto noise bands like – Geza X & Voice Farm, even some early Violent Femmes in there too! It’s fun, psyche, garage trash rock! Check it out! It’s super FAT! And I hear there is some vinyl coming out on Trashmouth Records!! Yay! Can’t wait for that! Tune in turn on drop out man! oxo GD
